Minute Book

What is a Minute Book?

A minute book is a binder or case that keeps all of your corporation’s legal records neatly organized, including the documentation acquired during your company’s online incorporation.

It is required by law to maintain an updated minute book once you have filed for incorporation.

LawDepot can help you stay organized throughout the incorporation process by sending you a physical minute book to use for your corporate forms and papers, or you can choose to receive a digital copy that you can download or print from our site immediately after your business is incorporated. If you need to open a bank account, the Digital copy can be printed and used before your Physical copy arrives.

Most businesses request a minute book at the time of incorporation to avoid preparing one personally at a later date.
